These terms govern your use of Lika. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
What Lika is
Lika is an AI-powered emotional support companion available on Telegram. She provides empathetic listening, support, and guidance through conversation.
Important: Lika is not a licensed therapist or medical professional. She is an AI assistant designed to provide emotional support and active listening. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or emergency, please contact a licensed mental health professional or emergency services immediately.
Your responsibilities
- Age requirement: You must be 18 years or older to use Lika.
- Honest communication: Use Lika in good faith for emotional support.
- No harmful content: Do not share content that is illegal, abusive, or intended to harm yourself or others.
- No adult or sexually explicit content: Lika is an emotional support service, not an adult service. NSFW, pornographic, and sexually explicit content is prohibited — see “Prohibited content” below.
- Emergency situations: In case of crisis, contact emergency services or a crisis hotline, not Lika.
Prohibited content
Lika is an emotional support companion. It is not an adult, dating, or romantic companionship service, and it must not be used to produce or exchange sexual material. The following is prohibited both in conversations with Lika and in any text, image, audio, or file you upload for Lika to process:
- NSFW, adult, pornographic, or sexually explicit content of any kind, including erotic roleplay, sexual descriptions, and requests for such material.
- Sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualises a minor. This is prohibited absolutely and is reported where the law requires it.
- Non-consensual sexual content, sexual violence, or content depicting or promoting sexual exploitation, trafficking, or abuse.
- Nudity or sexual imagery, and intimate images of any person shared without their consent.
- Hate speech, harassment, threats, and content promoting violence or illegal acts.
Lika declines these requests. Attempts to bypass this restriction, including prompt manipulation, may lead to suspension or termination of access without refund.
Service availability
We strive to keep Lika available 24/7, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may need to take the service offline for maintenance or updates.
Plans, limits, and payments
- Free and paid plans can have daily or feature-specific limits. The current price, included limits, billing period, and renewal terms are shown before you confirm a purchase.
- Digital subscriptions purchased inside Telegram are paid with Telegram Stars. Lika does not receive or store your full card details.
- When offered, the new-user discount covers one 30-day period as a one-time Stars payment and does not renew automatically. It can be used once per account.
- Card subscriptions purchased on the Lika website receive the displayed first-month discount once, then renew every 30 days at the regular price shown before purchase. You must explicitly accept those renewal terms before the hosted checkout opens.
- A regular Stars subscription renews at the displayed price every 30 days until it is cancelled. You can manage or cancel it through Telegram. Cancelling stops future renewals; already-granted access normally remains until its displayed expiry date.
- Saved-card and international card subscriptions can be managed from Payment methods in the bot. Lika stores provider references and limited card descriptors, not the full card number. Cancelling stops future renewals and normally preserves access to the end of the paid period.
- For a missing entitlement, duplicate charge, cancellation, refund, or other payment problem, send
/paysupport in the bot or email info@heylika.com. Payment corrections and refunds are handled through the applicable payment-provider tools and rules.
Your content and privacy
You keep your rights in what you share. You give Lika permission to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export saved data or request account deletion from the bot.
Ending use
You may stop using Lika at any time and can request deletion of known active Lika data. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, protect users or the service, comply with law, or address non-payment. Telegram-side chat and payment records remain subject to Telegram's controls and applicable retention requirements. Protected backups and service-provider copies follow the retention conditions and pending verification described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Lika after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
